You are responsible for your files

You are solely responsible for the files you upload, process and download through Paperly, including their content, legality and any consequences of their use.

Conversion accuracy may vary

Document formats are complex. Conversion fidelity, layout preservation, font matching and rendering can vary depending on the source file, its structure and the target format. Always review outputs before relying on them for important work.

Always keep backups

Before performing any operation that modifies a file (split, merge, compress, watermark, scan, etc.), keep a backup of the original. Paperly does not retain copies of your files.

No professional advice
